The purpose of this research aim to develop the prototype of core stabilize exercise biofeedback device used for supporting core stabilize exercise in low back pain patients. The core stabilize exercise is to strengthen lumbar muscles but it is complicated. The patients do not know themselves that exercise is appropriate and they often do wrong exercise. This research developed the device to help patients know the correctness of exercise. The device was designed to use available materials in Thailand. Away, it was developed to be safe, easy to use and maintenance, appropriate size and inexpensive. In evaluation phase for code BS01 device, The experimental group after used this device that they had increase level of lumbo-pelvic stabilize for 100 % of all participants and average increase more than 2 levels. In evaluation phase for code BS02 device, the participants used the prototype of core stabilize exercise biofeedback device. They had increase level of lumbo-pelvic stabilize scale for 92.9 % of all participants and average increase more than 3 levels. The levels of lumbo-pelvic stabilize scale after using core stabilize exercise biofeedback device is more than the levels before using the device reaching a 0.05 significance level. In the satisfaction questionnaire, the highest score is safety for 82.8%.
