Students from Sawasdee Thailand Virtual program have cooked Thai Spicy Mixed Fruit Salad or Yum-Pollamai (ยำผลไม้) together. This is the very first time for many students to taste fruit and fish sauce at the same bite! This menu is the best-served chilled on the summer days.
We also introduce the royal recipe “Savoury Lotus Wrap or Miang – Kham (เมี่ยงคำ)”, the very healthy and aromatic menu and Fried Rice in Lotus Leaf, the Chinese fusion menu.
We end this session with one of the most popular dishes of Thai food “Pad-Thai”. Hope we can cook Thai food together soon!
