On 13 December 2018, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, Acting President welcomed Prof. Yoshihisa Baba, President of Soka University. Also joined in the session were Asst. Prof. Dr. Patsarin Rodpothong Wongkamhang, Assistant Dean for Educational Affairs, Mahidol University International College and Dr. Tanporn Trakantalerngsak from the Faculty of Liberal Arts.
The purpose of the visit was for President Baba to pay a courtesy call on President Mahaisavariya and discuss further collaboration with a particular focus on exchange program and joint research in Social Science, Liberal Arts, Engineering and Human Rights and Peace Studies.
