On 28th June 2018, Mahidol University representatives (MU) led by Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Acting Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication welcomed Assoc. Prof. Michael Rosenberg, Director (Health Promotion Unit), the University of Western Australia (UWA).
MU attendees were comprised of the four affiliations:
- College of Sports Science and Technology (i.e., Dr. Chanin Lamsam, M.D., Dean, Asst. Prof. Metta Pinthong, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Affairs, and Mr.Cristopher Mawhinney, Lecturer)
- The Faculty of Medicine Ramathobodi Hospital (i.e., Asst. Prof. Suchin Worawichawong, Assistant Dean for International Relations, and Mr. Traithep Lubpa, International Relations Officer),
- AUN Health Promotion Secretariat (i.e., Mrs. Areekul Puangsuwan, Program Manager and UWA Alumnus), and
- The staff from the International Relations Division
The purpose of this visit was to discuss on the possible collaboration with MU on a particular focus of students mobility under Colombo Plan and academic exchange in physical activities/ sport sciences.
