Do you know that planting can reduce stress levels? 
Hi guys! How do you feel during the pandemic? Stressed? Anxious? Worried? We are all the same. Let us help ease up your stress in this “Let’s Plant Together” challenge! 
This activity is about planting. We will send you a grow kit with instructions on how to plant.
All you have to do is
• plant these flowers
• join a talk to share planting experience
• submit a short video about your plant
Undergraduate students who follow all of the instructions will receive the Activity Transcript (AT) records in the categories of Environmental Literacy for 6 hours and Internationalization for 2 hours. All participants will also have a chance to win THB300 Grab Gift Cards! Let’s Plant Together!
