This is a double-blinded matched-pair study. To investigate the effects of task-oriented training after action observation and brain stimulation on reaching and grasping performance in individuals with stroke. The task oriented training significantly reduced the time to perform reaching and grasping actions. The effect was augmented by the combination of action observation and brain stimulation and lasted for at least 3 weeks after the training.
