Internationalization at Home Workshop #2 “Taiwanese Tang Yuan, Secret Recipe”, organized by Mahidol University Student, Academic and International Services (MUSAIS) and Taiwan Education Center in Thailand, aims to introduce the root of Taiwanese famous dessert and to share the traditional recipe to Mahidol University students.
The workshop was conducted by Liu Yu-Ting, Chinese lecturer from Rajamangala University of Technology Isan and representatives from Taiwan Education Center in Thailand.
Tang Yuan is made of rice balls, served in sauce made from red beans and syrup. Some say that it is one kind of dumplings. The workshop was on 3rd April 2019 at 1.30 – 3.30 PM at Mahidol Thai House with 30 participants.
