Authentic Chinese Cooking Class

Hǎo chī! On 19 March 2019, Mahidol University Student, Academic and International Services (MUSAIS) and The Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia (RILCA) have turned Mahidol Thai House to International kitchen for cooking Authentic Chinese food; Suchuan Hot Pot, Hunan Pork, Yunnan Eggs Scrambled, Yunnan Fried potato and a very special dessert from Japanese students “Mochi”. 30 Mahidol Students, 5 students and 2 professors from Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU), USA have joined this event.
