If you are passionate about helping change the world, then studying with us is just the right thing for you.

The Asia Pacific Master of Arts in Human Rights and Democratisation (APMA) is an interdisciplinary one-year programme that reflects the inseparable links between human rights, democracy, and peace and development in the Asia Pacific region.

The combination of taking your courses in two countries, the expertise of your professors, and the diversity of your class gives you a unique learning experience that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Our APMA graduates are now working on civil and political rights, climate change, food security, disaster prevention, mitigation, and management, and humanitarian aid and development, to name a few. They are found in intergovernmental and government agencies, national and international human rights and development organizations, grassroots movements, and the academe.
